D. Sklar Law Offices charge mainly according to an hour rate or a fixed flat rate.
This is agreed upon by the client.
Our hourly rates range from $150-$250 USD
We shall fully provide our clients with all the expected costs during the first initial consultation that
shall include Government Fees; legal research and translations.
This is to provide a resourceful service that will enable the client to budget his financial abilities in the
best way possible.
Our fees are normally calculated by reference to the time spent by each member of the firm.
Disbursements
Disbursements such as Government filing fees, Postal charges and other expenses are charged as additional items.
VAT at 16.5%
VAT is charged in addition to our fees, where applicable.
